I’ve never watched a James Dean film. I think it’s time to correct this.  Anyone recommend one?

Not today though. Today I’m taking my sis supermarket shopping before working the afternoon. I drive, she buys lunch. That’s the deal.

  1. I'd say East of Eden. Sorry though, he's not a patch on Brando! x

  2. You have to watch 'Rebel Without a Cause', such a 50s classic.

  4. I've never seen one either, but he is oh so handsome, so I'm definitely open : ) And thanks for the encouraging words about house hunting! It really means a lot coming from someone with experience! I know we'll find "the one" but I just want to find it already!

  5. The only one I've seen is "rebel without a cause." it's a bit melodramatic, but pretty classic! He looks really hot in it :)

  6. I haven't seen one either, so if you do watch one - let me know what you thought of it!

How hilarious that after we talked about my letter it arrived! I'm surprised at how quickly it did arrive, to be honest :)

PS. I've given you an award over at my blog :)

  7. I know I'm behind on this, but I have to throw my suggestions out there: "Rebel Without A Cause" is a must. (The actress, Natalie Wood, is my favorite all-time movie star.)
I'd also suggest "Giant." Great cast, great storyline- and it was the last full film James Dean completed.

  8. I've absolutely loved James Dean since I first came across one of his movies on t.v. 31 years ago. :)

I'd say it's worth the time to watch all three, but East of Eden is my favorite.
