Night Night (even though it’s day)

Without enough sleep, we all become tall two-year-olds

The feeling of sleepiness when you are not in bed, and can't get there, is the meanest feeling in the world

If someone is too tired to give you a smile, leave one of your own, because no one needs a smile as much as those who have none to give

If you want me. This is where I’ll be

And no. I don’t feel guilty. In case you wondered.

  6. This is a great post, loving the pictures and especially the smile. I dig that. :)

I tried to reply to your comment via email, but your email isn't enabled so I'm leaving it here.

My roommate was telling me about this book he's read before and is reading again. It's called The Right Questions by Debbie Ford. I haven't read it, but plan to-anyway in the book she talks about how we always feel guilt for the way we feel or for having certain emotions.

Specifically heartache, sadness, grief, etc. And how by feeling guilty we try not to feel them, or try to pretend like we don't feel them. When we don't let ourselves actually feel these things and work through them-we never heal or learn from it.

All in all, it sounded to me like a good lesson on letting ourselves feel things for real, letting ourselves heal from how we feel or things we experience, and learning and being a more whole person from it.

Plus, now and again you are entitled to feel weary.
